Located 13 kms from the city of Essaouira, villa Toscane is a beautiful property built in the middle of the argan fieds and stretching over one hectare, equipped with terraces and lawns, a swimming pool and a beautiful pond.

The entrance to the house opens onto a large patio with a circular jacuzzi covered by a stained-glass dome and where deep sofas invites you to a true moment of relaxation.
From here you have access to the different areas of the house.
On one side, there is the lounge with its huge fireplace, the dining room with a table seating up to 20 guests, the veranda to shelter from the sometimes very strong wind of Essaouira and the kitchen where the atmosphere is timeless.
On the other side is a study room (private - no guest access) and a bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The staircase, which follows the curve of a wall in the patio, leads us to a level comprising 4 bedrooms and a terrace. On the right is the master bedroom which gives the impression of sailing on a yacht and a third bedroom. These rooms each have a bathroom with shower and ensuite toilet. The master bedroom is air conditionned and has a TV and DVD player. On the left there are two large children's rooms, each about 21 m2 with a shared bathroom with two washbasins and a bathtub.

The outdoor pool overflows in cascades into a smaller plunge pool ideal for children. Bu the pool stands a terrace with a sitting area, and below, a pool - house with toilets, showers, a hammam for up to 4 people and a small massage area.
A large 2500 m2 pond sets the limit of the estate. The pond hosts ducks and geese. A true spirit reigns in this haven of greenery.

The estate is 24 hours guarded. The guard also handles the maintenance of the garden and swimming pools. Two maids provide housekeeping and cook delicious moroccan food, take care of laundry and ironing, etc. ... and may occasionally deal also with children.
One is working during the day (approximately 8 am to 5 pm) and the other one in the evening and mornings (4 pm to 9 pm + breakfast).

3G internet access is provided with an install CD at hand. There is a TV in the living room and master bedroom.
