The villa is extremely elegant and is made is new Modern and Moroccan style. "Tadelakt" everywhere on walls, "Bejmats" on the grounds, and "Tataouis" on the ceilings, whilst all doors, windows, and cupboards, are made of cedar wood.
The villa is built on two levels and comprises two main buildings, and a separate staff and guardian house.
