Villa Vasteria and villa Laetitia are two lovely properties sharing a magnificent pool and garden within a private compound of four villas, in the picturesque and exclusive area of Agios Ioannis, just minutes away from its homonymous beach.
Villa Vasteria is the bottom left villa of four properties sharing a magnificent swimming pool with villa Laetitia and parking entrance with the other three villas on the compound. The attractive living room with open-plan kitchen opens to a lovely pergola overlooking the sea, just few steps away from the cacti garden and the pool. The interior is similar to Villa Artemisia; however, the house is built on two levels and the bedrooms, located on the upper floor, have direct access to a veranda with sea views.
Villa Laetitia is the upper-left villa of the four properties sharing a magnificent swimming pool with villa Vasteria. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the roof terrace, equipped with comfortable deck chairs and outdoor lounge. The interior, similar to its sister villa is a warm mix of white and natural wood colors. The villa features a large kitchen, a spacious living room and three stylish double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.The elegant private pool located just few steps away from the villas, boasts rounded bean shape and looks directly towards the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis. The pool area is well equipped with teak deck chairs and a shaded pergola for guests' sunbathing and relaxation and enjoys magnificent views in a privileged wind-shelter location.
The two villas are recommended for two small families with children or two group of friends, but can also be rented all together with Artemisia, Phoebius, making it a special holiday venue for very large groups with four independent villas and one large and beautiful shared pool.
