Villa Vida is a splendid property situated on one-acre of land in Costa Ilios overlooking the Island of Delos. The position, one of the most exclusive on the Island, offers handy access to the close-by beach of Agios Ioannis and stunning views of the sea and Delos Island with its bright and colorful sunsets.
This very large property consists of two sections: the main house with private pool and the detached guest house with separate entrance and parking. Both houses are attractively furnished in tasteful Greek Island style, with modern bathrooms and appliances.
The main house features a large terrace with sea views, a Camares (pool house) and an attractive bean-shape swimming pool. The spacious terrace is equipped with comfortable sun deck chairs; an outdoor dining area and a Greek-style BBQ. The modern and functional kitchen leads to a bright dining room and a large double sitting area, with direct entrance from the pergola-shaded terrace. The master bedroom is located on the top floor, with panoramic views of the sea from each window. The other three guest bedrooms are located on the lower floor of the property and all enjoy sea views and private access to a small veranda.
The guesthouse has a separate entrance and parking but communicates with the main house via the property's internal patio. It features two large master bedrooms each with a double bed and sitting area, en-suite bathroom and a gorgeous bamboo-shaded veranda overlooking Delos Island.
Vida is a very large property offering to its guests high-level of comfort in every bedroom, making it the ideal choice for large families or group of friends.
