Beautiful finca, situated in the natural park of Cala D'hort with views over the sea, all the west coast and the island of Vedra. At 5 minutes driving from the beach Cala D'hort and 10 minutes from the beaches of Cala Carbo; Cala Vadella where our local office is situated; Porroig; Es Cubells...and at 15 min from San Jose and 30 min from Ibiza town. In a very quiet and isolated area. Access trough a path of 2 km. 4x4 car recommended.
Capacity: 8 persons.
House with one floor but divided into different levels:
- Main house:
Entrance through a covered terrace with exterior dinning place.
Large living room with chimney and TV international satellite and Hi-Fi.
Separate kitchen with dinning area and equipped with dishwasher.
Laundry room with washing machine.
3 double bedrooms, two of them with sea views and one of these bedrooms with terrace.
1 complete bathroom.
1 small bathroom with shower.
- Independent from the main house:
Double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Large garden.
Pool of about 5x9m. with irregular form.
Barbecue and terraces.
Comfortable and nice decoration.
House available for only 6 persons the owners will guarantee the perfect usage of the electricity (supplied by solar energy and electric generator) only when the maximum number of persons staying in the villa is 6.
