Luxurious property situated near the small village of Es Cubells in an exclusive complex on first line of the sea. Beaches of Es Cubells, Xarcu, Es Torrent, Yondal... at only few minutes driving. Small shop in the nearby. At 12 Km from our local office situated in Cala Vadella beach.
House built in different levels with incredible view over the south coast of the island. Capacity: 10 persons. Entrance though a patio wit small garden. Garage for 1 car.

5 double bedrooms with complete bathroom with shower , one of them with Jacuzzi, home cinema and private terrace and incredible views to the sea from the Jacuzzi and the bed.
All the bedrooms are equipped with TV.
French satellite and Spanish channels but there is possibility to change to English or German satellite (in charge).

1 large kitchen very well equipped with dish washer.
2 toilets.
1 service room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
1 large terrace in front of the living room.

1 barbecue and bar pool with toilet.
