In a private park of 11 hectares facing the fabulous Golfe du Morbihan near Arradon, this vast property of 500 m2 is a luxury vacation villa offering comfort and privacy. The villa is beautifully decorated and comprises a 160 m2 living room with direct access to the private garden through French windows. Fireplace and billiard in the living room make it an enjoyable area to share great moments with family and friends.
The villas is suited for 12 guests and children are more than welcome as everything has been prepared for them.
The villa has front and rear terraces. There is a tennis court with views on Ile aux Moines. The villa has five bedrooms including a 70 sqm double bed suite with a fireplace and a double bathroom in teak.
On the ground floor, the villa offers:

1 open kitchen (25 sqm) on tiled floor of the 17th century.
