Villa Alistair and villa Nahel are two splendid semi-detached properties, located in a lovely panoramic position overlooking Agios Ioannis bay, each with own private swimming pools and generous outdoors areas, sharing a separate parking and a garden pathway that leads to each villa private entrance.

Villa Alistair, which is the lower villa, features an attractive private infinity pool located in a very panoramic position, overlooking the sea and the island of Delos. The private outdoors surrounding the property are very spacious, offering a pergola-shaded area and a sun bathing deck with great views. A cozy patio, leads to the main entrance with an open space living room and formal dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor dining terrace and BBQ. The décor is stylish with white upholstery and wooden antique pieces of furniture. Three tastefully decorated bedrooms (one on lower, two on upper floor) with en-suite bathrooms have access to either a private terrace or an outdoor patio with sea views. Just across from the main house is the new studio with double bed and en-suite bathroom, small living corner and kitchenette, granting privacy thanks to its separate entrance.

Villa Nahel which is the upper villa located above Alistair, is surrounded by a colorful cacti garden with sea views in a very sheltered location. The outdoors, which are located right next to the property entrance, are spacious and offer plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation next to the lovely private bean-shaped swimming pool, equipped with two lovely pergolas and a large dining table and wood fire BBQ for by-the-pool lunches and sea breeze evening gatherings. The interior is elegantly furnished and owes its name to its additional sea and old ship artifacts décor. The ground floor comprises of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a formal dining and living area; a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large veranda overlooking the sea. The two upper floor bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and access two separate sea view roof terraces. A new garden bedroom with great sea views has separate entrance, accessible from the pool terrace.

The villas enjoys sea views from a quiet, private and wind-sheltered position; the ideal solution for two large families looking to stay close but yet enjoying each their own private swimming pools and outdoors.
