Rental Conditions :
- Children welcome.
- Meals are on request. They will be charged to your final bill..
- Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
- Minimum stay conditions may apply depending on the period of the year.

- Check in : 14:00 h - Check out : 12:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 1 € per guest per night.

Reservation conditions :
- Guarantee deposit charged by VillaNovo upon reservation : 20 %
- Payment is collected directly by owner.
- Payment of outstanding balance : With your final bill upon check out.
- Advance payments can be made with the following payment method : Visa - Mastercard - Carte Bleue
- On site payment can be made with the following payment method : Visa - Mastercard - Cash
- Hotel / Owner may require on site payment to be made in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill
- Credit card payments at the villa/hotel will incur a surcharge 5 %
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees :
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to Reservation@VillaNovo.com
- Cancellation policy is applied according to hotel/retreat local time
- Cancellation occurs less than 7 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation.
- The hotel, property owner or VillaNovo will charge directly to your credit card the applicable cancellation fees.
