- Pool has no swimming guard.
- Meals are on request. They will be charged to your final bill..
- Minimum stay conditions may apply depending on the period of the year.

- Check in : 14:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h

Reservation conditions :
- Guarantee deposit charged by VillaNovo upon reservation : 20 %
- Payment is collected by VillaNovo on behalf of owner.
- Payment of outstanding balance : With your final bill upon check out.
- Advance payments can be made with the following payment method : Visa - Mastercard
- On site payment can be made with the following payment method : Cash only / Credit cards are not accepted
- Hotel / Owner may require on site payment to be made in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees :
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to Reservation@VillaNovo.com
- Cancellation policy is applied according to hotel/retreat local time
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 30 % of total amount of reservation.
- Cancellation occurs less than 30 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation.
- Cancellation occurs less than 15 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation.
- The hotel, property owner or VillaNovo will charge directly to your credit card the applicable cancellation fees.
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
