This beautiful villa is situated on a large private family estate directly overlooking the bay of the village of Trou d'Eau Douce, in the Flacq region on the east coast of Mauritius.
On both sides of this charming typical village which is also the rallying point for the not-to-be-missed tour of Ile aux Cerfs, are very beautiful white sand beaches. Please note that the beach in front of the villa has mangroves and the water is beautiful but it lacks the usual transparency of other surrounding beaches.
The villa comprises 7 rooms including 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge, dining room, a veranda (terrace) and a pool. The living area is 350 m2 and the villa is located on a large private garden of 5,000 m2 with direct access to the beach.
Villa Alyana enjoys an exceptional location. From the veranda you can enjoy a magnificent view over the bay and fishing boats. The decoration is mainly of contemporary and Mediterranean influence.
The nearby village offers many typical restaurants. The vast and beautiful lagoon of Trou d'Eau Douce is an invitation to go out to the sea : Ile des Cerfs, Grand Rivière, Ile aux Aigrettes natural reserve and many more ...
The house staff is available every day (housekeeper, cook and gardener) for 8 hours.
