This house is really outstanding. It is a vast Kasbah of 2500 m2 located 25 km from Marrakech city center. Tucked away among olive trees, this unique property is dominated by the snow-capped Atlas mountain range. From its terraces you will discover the 360 degrees view over an exceptional vista. The 15 acres of landscaped grounds include open lawns, majestic palm trees and olive and orange groves which will delight nature lovers.
Consisting of 4 very large suites, each with either a private patio or terrace, Dar Syada sleeps up to 8 adults with up to 4 additional beds for children.
A separate cottage is offering two double bedrooms with bathrooms. Under the olive groves, 3 luxury tents have been fitted out in double bedrooms with bathrooms.
On demand the exceptionnal contemporary villa of the owners can also be rented.
26 guests can be accomodated in total.
The interiors of Dar Syada are furnished throughout by designers such as Charlotte Pierrand, Jean Prouvé, Le Corbusier, Mies Van der Rohe, Arne Jacobsen...
