Nestled in small village of Tagadert in the vicinity of Marrakech, the villa is facing the High Atlas Mountains. This sublime contemporary house dazzles visitors with its harmonious integration in an exceptional and preserved environment.
The villa combines a pure modern architecture with beautiful design or ethnic style furnitures and contemporary decorative objects. The villa accommodates two very large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms are air-conditionned and have a fireplace. 350 sqm of total living area + 1 hectare of private garden.
The Master bedrooms has unobstructed views and is equipped with a large flat display TV with DVD.
The vast lounge faces the pool, the wheat fields and the Atlas mountains. The dining table may seat up to 12 guests. Fireplace for chilly winter evenings.
It is the ideal escape for a short or long stay as a couple or with a friend or two.
The staff consists of a caretaker and a cook ensuring you spend peaceful and relaxed days and nights.

Tagadert is 25 km from Marrakech off the road to Amizmiz. A car and 24 hours driver are available on request.
The trip from the villa to Marrakech lasts no more than 30 minutes. The 18 holes of the Samanah Country Golf Club (Nicklaus Design) are just 15 minutes away.
