In the heart of the Palmeraie, just15 minutes from the JAMAA el FNA Square, and 10 minutes from the golfs of Marrakech, the Villa invites you to discover the magic of the Orient. With the meeting of Orient and Occident, you will be surprised by the originality of the Villa’s architecture, its round forms, columns, cupolas and arcades.
The decoration is a subtle mixture of tradition (the materials used) and the modernity (volumes and spaces).

Going through the magnificent entrance door, sculptured in cedar, you will find the patio done in white marble with green tails, and a white marble fountain brought from India. The main salon, in aubergine tadelackt contains exotic furniture, mainly brought from India, China, and different parts of Morocco. The gorgeous chimney with an open fireplace invites you to enjoy comfortable, relaxing evenings.
The dining room is situated inside a round space with a high cupola from which hangs a huge brass lamp brought from FEZ. The guests will sit down around a square table to taste the delicious homemade dishes.

The outdoors salon is dominated by a chimney with an open fireplace and leads you to the blue lagoon swimming pool of 100 Square metres. The fire can be kept till late. A beautiful green lawn covers the entire garden and extends to one hectare. In the garden you will find, palm trees, bougainvilleas, jasmines, fig trees, oranges trees, night gallant, roses that exude their perfumes and colours and a wide variety of organically grown vegetables.

The Bedrooms

2 Suites, 3 bedrooms with AC, large wardrobes and bathroom.
The location of the bedrooms (ground floor, first floor and garden) offers you different views of the majestic Atlas Chain, the Djebelettes and the unique Palmeraie. Each room is unique, and different by the distribution, colours, furniture and decoration. Traditional materials are represented in all of them. Tadelackt coloured walls, wooden cedar doors, Bjemat stone floors, brass lamps, and ancient potteries. The fusion of the traditional with the modern world gives you today’s comfort like air conditioning, heating, digital safety boxes. All bedrooms have a private terrace where you will take your breakfast, tea, or a romantic dinner under the stars.

The Bahia bedroom: (33m²)
Situated on the ground floor, it has direct access to the swimming pool. Tadelackt of cumin walls, domed ceiling, office, the headboard in cedar sculptured wood, Indian chair, brass lamps and a bathroom in peach colour with rose marble floors from Izmit, and cedar wardrobe.

The Zorha bedroom: (30m²)
Located on the first floor, with a private terrace (25m²), tadelackt bordeaux walls, Indian salon with kilim, tuarek chest, leather tables, double bed. The bathroom in bordeaux colour with red marble from Agadir.

The Saba bedroom: (50m²)
Suite situated in the garden, terrace (15m²)with tadelackt sidemen walls, curtain in Tafta. Salon in sculptured cedar around a chimney. Brass lamps and objects in tuya wood. Bathroom in sidemen with yellow marble, brass lamps and a tadelackt wardrobe.

LES SUITES

The Sultan suite: (70m²)
Suite on ground floor with private terrace (50m²). Walls in saffron tadelackt, desk from China. The salon around a chimney has carpets and a chest brought from Mongolia. Above the bed is a brass lamp hanging from a cupola. The bathroom has a bath and an independent shower. Salon with rose marble and painted
ceilings. Large wardrobe sculpted with cedar.

The Roxelane suite: (57m²)
Suite situated in the garden with tadelackt walls in green, salon with green curtains in Tafta, Indian saris and chest from Rajas, carpets from the high atlas, green and blue chimney, bureau from China, and old gravures from Cairo. The bathroom in blue tadelackt and green marble from Guatemala, brass vase and mirror with
gold-beading. There is also a wardrobe in blue tadelackt.

The Staff of the Villa are discreet and attentive and will satisfy all your needs. To wet your appetite, the chef will cook the most tasty Moroccan and European dishes.
Staff: 1 caretaker - 4 gardeners – 1 cook – 2 housekeepers.
Meal: Breakfast, lunch and dinner - Marrocan and European food.
