This beautiful villa is located in the Jardins de la Palmeraie private estate a few tens of meters from the Golf de la Palmeraie.
It is in the heart of a very large private garden covered with beautiful palm trees and it offers a private pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms with bathroom and an attractive oriental and modern decoration. It is an ideal place to spend a quiet and comfortable holiday in Marrakech near the city center which is 10 minutes by car.

Room 1
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Room, 2nd floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Master bedroom, 2nd floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, 2nd floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Indoors

The house has 3 floors.
On the ground floor there is a large living room and a dining room with sliding windows giving access to the garden and beyond to the pool. There is also a separate TV lounge with a fireplace and guest toilet.
On the underground floor is the fully equipped kitchen in which Farida prepares delicious moroccan meals.
On the 1st floor there is a small reading room with a mezzanine overlooking the TV lounge. There is also a bedroom.
On the 2nd floor are the other three bedrooms.

Outdoors

The house is surrounded by a large private garden. The 15 meter pool enjoys plenty of sun and 6 sunbeds are layed out for your comfort with umbrellas. A Berber style tent located at the end of the pool provides a nice shaded space.
You can enjoy lunch or dinner al-fresco by the pool or on the terrace by the living room.

Staff

A cook is available until 5 pm to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. If you want his service to last until dinner time, a supplement will be required. A housekeeper is also present and will discreetly sleep in the staff accommodation on the underground floor. A versatile gardener (gardening, barcecueing, lighting fire in the fireplace, providing house maintenance) is also on hand during the day to allow you to enjoy your holidays without any effort.

- Amount of security deposit : 800.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Globalement satisfait par Villanovo. Site internet assez peu rassurant de premier abord, mais le personnel reste disponible pour compléter vos questions (notamment Mathilde). La villa est incroyable et les points négatifs sont pour la plupart indépendant de la volonté de Villanovo.

Je recommence et réutiliserais Villanovo.

- Certains placards qui ne s’ouvrent pas dans les chambres
- une chambre ne pouvait pas fermer à clés
- problème de wifi pendant 4 jours
- l’incapacité de pouvoir installer un lit simple pour la 5eme personne
- Prix de la cuisinière extrêmement chers

Au calme dans Les Jardins de la Palmeraie, un grand terrain, une belle piscine, le tout parfaitement entretenu.
Une maison vaste et spacieuse, très bien équipée avec 4 chambres individuelles équipées chacune d'une salle de bains et toilettes.
Quand au personnel, du jardinier, de l'aide ménagère et de la cuisinière, ils sont tous les trois merveilleux, de discrétion, de gentillesse, de qualité de service, d’humour retenu et de gastronomie locale. Tout était BON.
Un lieu magique en ce qui nous concerne.

Bah !..On va y retourner ;-)

Immense jardin, environnement calme, grande piscine, salle de bain pour chacune des chambres, personnel et cuisinière.

Villanovo nous a fait une tres bonne impression, très sérieux, très réactifs et agréables. Concernant la maison, nous n avons pas été déçu de la réalité par rapport aux photos. Nous aimerions cependant que les prix soient revus à la baisse au Maroc pour les résidents au Maroc en cette période de pandémie, comme l ont fait la majorité des professionnels de l hotelerie.

Il serait appréciable que le minimum soit fourni et inclus dans le prix de location ( café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, épices, papier toilette...)

L 'environnement , le jardin , la décoration soignée

le chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien , car certaines pièces n'étaient pas chauffées et d'autres beaucoup trop
un bac a douche dont l'eau ne s'évacue pas normalement
La piscine qui par contre pourrait être chauffée pour en profiter dans des périodes moins chaudes

The whole holiday was amazing. Farida (the chef) Saida (the house keeper) and Mahjoub (Gardener) were really welcoming. The villa itself is lovely and is well laid out. We did have a small language barrier as the staff only spoke French or Arabic but we quickly had Google Traslate working. We had food every day at the Villa and it was fantastic. We did eat out a couple of times but Farida's food was better than anything we had outside of the Villa. We picked our food from the menu and then Farida and her team did the grocery shopping which I then paid for. This worked really well. For those who do like a glass of wine or a beer, there is a small place by the super market although you will have to go and purchase this yourself. The complex is very safe with security entry at all portes. The pool was also lovely although a little on the chilly side - we had a 3 year old who wasn't overly interested in getting in. They are very good with children and Farida also had toys for our son to play with.

The Villanovo website does need some work on the mobile usage. It didn't seem to allow you to use a filter when you had done a search. The rest though was good and found the pictures and descriptions to be a great match to our villa. Concierge was a little slow to respond.

Nothing that ruined our holiday however one of the rooms did have a bad smell in it from the air conditioning every now and again. I did speak to the concierge and it was looked at however they were not able to resolve the issue so my mother had to deal with that which was unfortunate.

The property was impressive. The outdoor space was superb. The inside was more than I expected. I thought it would be much smaller. Great size bedrooms and everything well placed.

Great service gril Villanovo. A very nice welcome from the representative. The quality and level of service was high. One thing I would mention is that sometimes the responsive rate to initial booking emails was rather slow.

The only downside was the smell of cigarettes indoors on arrival. I'm assuming this was from the previous guests and the smell stayed for a few days. The quality of the wifi was very weak which caused some unwanted issues throughout.
