Villa M is a beautiful property of 450m² set in a garden of one hectare. The villa enjoys an exceptional location about 5 minutes by car from the centre of Marrakech and the international airport, 600 metres from the Atlas Golf and 500 metres from the Oasiria Water Park and opposite the Royal Equestrian Club.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 fully equipped bedrooms.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 6
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also fireplace.

The 6th bedroom is in a pavilion. An extra bed can be set up in the pavilion for 1 extra guest. The bedroom overlooks a large terrace facing the garden and the swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with deckchairs and coffee table.


Indoors

The villa features a broad and pleasant living room and dining room overlooking a covered terrace with direct acces to the garden and pool. The square table in the dining room can accommodate 12 people for a delicious Moroccan meal that will be prepared at your request by our cook.
The living area with its large fireplace is composed of comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table, large flat screen TV, DVD player, good quality sound system, library.
The kitchen close to the dining room is modern and fully equipped. 


Outdoors

The living room opens onto a large furnished terrace which overlooks a large pool of 15m x 5m.
There is a large garden, well maintened and safe where the children can have fun and enjoy their holidays.


Staff & Services

The kitchen is dedicated to the housekeeper who will prepare, every morning, delicious and hearty breakfasts and all your other meals. The cuisine is tasty and based on fresh products sourced in local markets and supermarkets. She also takes care of the housekeeping and the maintenance of the villa during your stay.

The swimming pool can be heated on request at an extra cost of 50 euros / day min 4 days. + a day of preheating. (To be paid before your arrival at the villa).
The villa is heated by central heating in all the rooms and each room as well as the Pavilion includes reversible air conditioning.
