This magnificent contemporary villa is situated on a landscaped garden of 1hec overlooking the bay of Palombaggia near Porto-Vecchio in South East Corsica. With a living area of 400m² and 200m² of covered terraces, the villa features 8 ensuite bedrooms.

- Master bedroom 1: 200 x 200cm bed, ensuite bathroom (shower). This bedroom is upstairs and enjoys a private terrace with an outdoor living room. (sea view)
- Master bedroom 2: 200 x 200cm bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with tub and shower, double sinks, hammam for 12 people (sea view)

- Bedroom 3: 160cm double bed, bathroom with tub and shower, double sinks (sea view)

(2 rooms are sharing an independant toilet)
- Bedroom 4: 180cm double bed, bathroom with shower (sea view)
- Bedroom 5: 160cm double bed, bathroom with bath (sea view)

The villa has a double living room with TV lounge and fireplace.
The sea view from the living room is absolutely breathtaking.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The villa features a beautiful garden patio fully furnished with loungers.
Outdoor dining area with table for 12 people.

The alarm video system can be disabled by a simple switch.
- Infinity pool of 15m x 5m heated.
The pool is secured by an infrared alarm compliant with French regulations.

Additional loungers in front of each bedroom terrace. If necessary, the loungers can be moved by the pool (total of 10 loungers).

Staff and services

The villa is staffed with an English speaking maid for 4 hours per day (except Sunday). House linen is of excellent quality. The mission of the household staff is mostly housekeeping (pre-provisioning available on request). The staff do not live on the property.

Location

The villa is located in the hamlet of Porra on Palombaggia Road, 5 minutes from the Palombaggia beach by car and 7 minutes from downtown Porto-Vecchio. Access to the house is from a paved road as well as 50 metres of unpaved road.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool

- Security system for the pool
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Amount of security deposit : 14 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Everything - lovely decking area overlooking the sea / mountains. Infinity pool was great.
Very clean and good facilities

Excellent customer service throughout by Villanovo

Rocky steps leading to Annex and pool - dangerous for kids.

Some areas of decking need attention.

Boules / patonque area was very weedy and unuseable.

Perhaps a bigger hob.

Stunning views from this well appointed villa & the beautiful infinity pool

Cleaners arrived for their daily clean as late as 5-6pm at at the end of the day when we wanted to return to our rooms & prepare for the evening. Cleaning service was inconsistent.
Two of the en suite bathrooms did not contain a toilet.
The garden pathways were overgrown & other areas looked unkempt.

Answers from the owners :
Cleaners timetables are totally adaptable to the guests needs, we are sorry not to have know it before.
For the garden, we sent somebody straight away, sorry we did not know it before either!

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Es bietet viel Platz, Privatsphäre, super tolle Aussicht und einen schönen warmen Pool.
Wir waren 10 Personen von 1 bis 76 und es hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmermädchen kam jeden 2. Tag und es war, wie besprochen, bei der Ankunft schon alles blitzsuaber. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche war immer genügend Geschirr vorhanden, so dass die beiden Spülmaschinen sehr gut genutzt wurden. An Hausgeräten und Küchenwerkzeugen war Alles vorhanden. Selbst ein Weinkühlschrank war zusätzlich verfügbar. So konnten wir Einkäufe und Getränke in insges. 4 Kühlschränken aufbewaren. Dass 1 Gerät zusätzlich zur Küche noch Gefrierfächer hatte war perfekt. Der extra grosse Backofen tat sein Übriges dazu, so dass wir von Pommes bis Geburtstagskuchen alles für 10 Personen ausbacken konnten. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und sind heute noch von diesem Anwesen begeistert. Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen des Hausherrn waren gut und absolut brauchbar.

Jenni, das Hausmädchen sprach leider kein Englisch. Die ungeteerte Stichstraße war eine holperige Zufahrt.

Une vue époustouflante !
Cuisine très bien aménagée et des espaces à vivre agréables (salon, salle à manger, salon tv, terrasse). 3 réfrigérateurs ce qui est rare dans une maison de location et pourtant tellement important. Il y a même une machine à glaçons ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. Aussi une vaste buanderie avec un deuxième lave vaisselle qui a été bien utile. Mention spéciale donc pour les équipements.
Aucune nuisances sonores, la maison est loin de la route.
Jardin très bien entretenu
Canal Plus dans toutes les chambres
La femme de ménage est une perle. Discrète, gentille, souriante et soucieuse de notre bien être, elle est en plus rapide et efficace.
Très beau jardin avec une terrasse agréable.
Grande piscine à débordement qui est au soleil toute la journée donc bien chaude

En revanche l’alarme de la piscine a été en panne pendant tout le séjour.
La maison offre des chambres aux prestations très différentes. Il y a que 2 vraies chambres de maître (comme prévu). Les autres chambres sont pour des enfants ou jeunes couples.
La villa aura 2 masters bedrooms supplémentaires l'année prochaine (construction d'une dépendance dans l'année).

maison de dingue vue de dingue ! whoaw
espace, vue, matériel mit à disposition en cuisine (bbq, plancha extérieure, four vapeur, four normal, micro onde, deux lave vaisselle, deux congel, deux frigo, machine à glaçon(en panne!) frigo a vin, chauffe assiettes. la chambre à l'étage digne de holywood..etc

le seul gros problème est l'alarme de la piscine qui sonne tout le temps 2à3 heures sans raison même la nuit et ça c'est vraiment désagréable.
sinon détails moins bons mais sans importance, piste de pétanque défoncée, pas mal de guêpes quand on mange, pas d'indication pour trouver la villa, le linge de maison un peu au stricte minimum (mais lavé tous les jours si on le désire) et pour une maison de classe comme, ça il faut apporter son savon shampoing etc.. acheter papier toilette, sac poubelle si le stock des précédents est épuisé....
95% de choses positives de toutes façon !

Excellent location; unique design of house and furniture; beautiful pool and view; high standard of finish; good amenities; kind staff

Concrete floor causes hollow, echoing sound; some aspects are over-designed and therefore not useful (e.g. sinks in bathrooms); some walls between bedrooms are thin causing disturbances.
