Villa Oxala, with a surface of 200m² offers an entrance with guest toilet, a kitchen open to the dining room and TV lounge with fireplace (not usable), 3 bedrooms upstairs including a master bedroom with a bathroom (shower and bath) and a shower room and a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with their private shower rooms.
Outdoors
The 400m² garden includes an outdoor swimming pool of 10 x 3 m, heated and secured by cover.
You can enjoy lunch under the covered courtyard with its summer dining room and plancha, a private parking for your vehicles (2 seats) and a terrace for drinks.
