Note: The 4 bedrooms share the 2 bathrooms and toilets.


Indoors & Outdoors

This 115m² chalet can comfortably accommodate 10 people thanks to the two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a children's bedroom with 4 beds. A shower room, a bathroom and two separate toilets complete the night area. The large living space offers a living room warmed by a wood stove, a dining room and an open kitchen with its counter space. Partly renovated, the chalet retains the traditional spirit of a mountain chalet while meeting the requirements of modern comfort. The chalet offers a beautiful exterior (garden and terrace) to enjoy nature in complete tranquillity. You can take advantage of this peaceful location to reach Lake Montriond (20 minutes on foot), which looks like a Canadian lake, or the village of Lindarêts, where goats rule!
A laundry room, a garage, a mezzanine are also at the disposal of the occupants.


Staff & Services

The price includes the reception in the agency and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen). The villa also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, optionally and at an additional cost, such as regular cleaning service.


Location

Located on a sunny side of the village of Montriond, the chalet is a 5 minutes drive from the center of Morzine. It is also very close to the Ardent gondola, which connects you to the Avoriaz slopes  in a few minutes.
