Indoors

Beautifully decorated, Villa Olioko is modern and warm.
On the lower level is the spa with its 6-person Jacuzzi, emotional shower, steam room and sauna, the gym with its quality equipment, and the laundry room.

On the ground floor you will find the open fully equipped kitchen, ultra-modern and spacious with central island.
Very airy, the ground floor is spacious and thanks to multipewindows, very bright.
Two indoor dining rooms feature a large wooden table each, seating up to 12 people, and the living room is great for relaxing all together after a good day. A TV lounge with Netflix and Prime Video, is also located on the ground floor, and is ideal for family moments.

The first floor is mainly dedicated to bedrooms, but has another lounge with TV and nice view, ideal for relaxation.
The second floor is entirely dedicated to the bedrooms.


Outdoors

Villa Olioko has many terraces, allowing guests to relax together, or individually.
The garden is superbly maintained, and surrounds the house.
To enjoy your meals as it should be during the summer, you will find a summer kitchen, with barbecue and pizza oven, and a large table for about 8 people.
Go down a few steps and you will arrive at the beautiful private swimming pool with views of the Adriatic Sea.
