Indoors

The villa has elegant and modern interiors, with a fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious living room and a cosy dining room. The décor is refined, with soothing colours and quality materials creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 

The villa has 4 luxurious bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Two rooms are located in the main house, each with its own shower room, while the other two rooms are located in a nearby annex, sharing a common shower room and toilet. One of the rooms has an opening to the north terrace.

Note: There is a TV, this only works with Netflix or internet.


Outdoors

The exteriors of the villa are simply breathtaking. The north and south terraces provide areas for outdoor relaxation and dining, with panoramic sea views on the horizon. The landscaped rooftop is the perfect place to watch the sunset or enjoy a quiet moment. The saltwater pool is surrounded by sunbeds, umbrellas and a heated outdoor shower, inviting you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
A carport for two cars is also available.


Staff & Services

The villa offers quality services to ensure a carefree stay. End of stay cleaning is included, as well as a 3 hour mid-stay cleaning for short stays and a full cleaning with linen and towels change every Saturday for longer stays. Guests are also provided with 2 large and 2 small towels per person, as well as one pool towel per person. The pool and grounds are cleaned every Saturday. The villa is also equipped with an alarm and non-intrusive cameras to ensure security.


Location

Set amidst centuries-old olive groves, Villa Aena is ideally located to discover the beauty of the area. Just 5 km from the beaches and coves with crystal clear waters, and close to the villages of Carovigno (2.5 km) and Ostuni (5 km), you can enjoy the cultural and natural wealth of the area, as well as the pleasures of the sea.
Access to the villa is via a 50 m long dirt road.
