The villa is in the hillside of the Nature Protected Park of Montgo in Denia.
The villa stands out by the owner's style (a well known local family of architects and designers), an incredible rental accommodation on three floors with spacious private garden, external pool, barbecue and clay oven. It was designed and built in 1980 by a local team of interior designers and architects.
Indoors
Settled on three floors into 1.200m2, in the first floor there are the bedrooms.
In the ground floor are the living rooms, dining room, kitchen and common areas.
On the basement there are two extra bedrooms for your service, security staff or extra guests (extra cost, please ask us), game room with pool table, football table, table games, comics, books, crayons and pens.
The villa accommodates up to 18 guests, with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
- First floor
1 Montgo Suite, a space dedicated to relax, a place with a beautiful terrace overlooking the front garden, equipped with kingside bed, dressing and a amazing bathroom with bath, shower, toilet area and spectacular views of the pool and the garden.
2 en suite double bedrooms, with a lounge in the middle. The room "Denia" has a solarium or roof terrace overlooking the pool and a canopy queenside bed, the room "Javea" has a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, as well as a small balcony overlooking the side garden.
2 more double rooms that share a bathroom with shower, the room "Marines" has a queen size bed and the room "Rotes" two XL single beds (105 x 200).
- Groung floor
On the ground floor there is the entrance lobby, which access to the living room we call “the library”, the stairs to the first floor, the living room with direct access to the porch and the garden, and the television room or winter living room which is equipped with fireplace and access to the pool and garden offering you an idyllic space to enjoy the views of the fireplace in winter and the garden in summer.
On the ground floor there is also the main dining room with a table with capacity for 16 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need.
You will also find an ensuite double bedroom with two beds 105 x 200 with direct access to the porch and pool.
Outdoors
The Villa has a unique and lush garden of 3.500m2 where the life runs around the house, trees, palms, green lawn, flowers...Invites you to enjoy the night and day outside.
The pool, bar and outdoor barbecue, showers and toilets, Balinese beds or hammocks are part of the outdoor equipment for the guests.

The villa is located within the urban area in a residential area very quiet and cozy without noise, where only birds and animals are heard. Beautiful views from the south terrace and the garden to the Montgó Natural Park. The villa is 900 meters from the nearest beach and the Nautical Club, at 1100 meters from the leisure and restaurant center of Denia.Well connected within 10 minutes walking from city center, beaches and Nautic Club, 60 minutes drive from Valencia or Alicante city center, railway and airport.
