The entrance to this property is through security gates and then down a long private driveway that leads to a large car park.
The villa is set out on two floors.
Entry to the ground floor is through large wooden doors that leads into a reception area with a spiral staircase that leads to the first floor.
The living room with a big L-shaped sofa and gas fireplace is located next to the reception area. The living room opens up onto the grounds outside.
There is one junior suite bedroom on the ground floor with a walk in closet and full ensuite bathroom.
The indoor dining room is also located on the ground floor next to the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room opens out to an outdoor dining table and terrace.
All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outdoor area.
On the first floor there are 2 more junior suites with full ensuite bathrooms and walk in closets and the master bedroom (72m²) with spa bath, private terrace and walk in closet.
In the grounds there is a vegetable garden and dog kennel for small dogs.
For outdoor entertaining, there is a saltwater swimming pool and barbecue area with table and pool loungers.
