The decoration mixes classic and contemporary styles, which harmoniously blend to create a warm atmosphere.
This new 170m² flat, located on the garden level of the residence, comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 4 children. It has 3 en-suite double bedrooms and a dormitory with 2 bunk beds.
The flat benefits from spacious living areas with an ethanol fireplace, an open plan kitchen and a large garden of 36m².

After a day on the slopes, treat yourself to a moment of well-being in the relaxation area around a hammam or revitalise yourself in the fitness room.

Note: the fitness area, the Spa relaxation area with hammam, the ski room and the underground car park are part of the common areas of the residence.

Staff & Services

The lodge rental includes the following services: personal welcome at the flat, luggage assistance on arrival and departure, digital concierge, cleaning every two days, cleaning at the end of your stay, welcome basket (flowers and champagne), toiletries, household linen, laundry at the end of your stay, snow removal from the outside accesses, ethanol package (5L), wifi and technical service

Additional services can also be booked for an extra charge, such as breakfast delivery, a massage, treatments in the flat, a ski instructor, delivery of ski equipment, baby-sitting, a private chef, a majodome, a driver, car rental.

- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : By credit card or bank transfer with your last rental payment

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
