The Chalet Eterlou is divided into 3 flats. It features traditional architecture that blends perfectly with the contemporary furniture and decoration. The numerous openings to the outside allow you to enjoy the view, they also offer a beautiful luminosity throughout the chalet which is south-facing.

Indoors and outdoors

With its surface area of 380 m² it can accommodate up to 16 people comfortably. It offers 8 beautiful rooms, 6 of which have their own bathrooms.
The 3 apartments can be rented simultaneously: 

  • Apartment Le Cochet: offers a dining area, an open kitchen, a convertible sofa bed, a double bedroom and a separate bathroom (with shower, towel dryer, toilet and single sink). 
  • Apartment Le Peclet and Spa: has a wellness area which includes an indoor jacuzzi, a sauna and a massage room. The apartement has a large opening to an outdoor terrace, a living room with open plan kitchen and dining and lounge area. There are 3 double bedrooms ensuite and a separate toilet.
  • Apartment Cime Caron: consists of a living room, an open kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom (with shower and separate toilet).
     
A  garage, a ski room with boot dryer, a lift and a charging socket for Tesla electric cars are available for your comfort.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, numerous "à la carte" services are available with your agency.


Staff & Services

The price includes reception at the property and cleaning at the end of the stay.
The chalet also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, optionally and at an additional cost, such as regular cleaning service on request.
Service included only in winter: reception at the property, bathroom products, slippers, linen (sheets and towels), beds made on arrival and end of stay cleaning.

This chalet benefits from an ideal location in the Belleville valley. Thanks to its proximity to the Bettaix chairlift (400m), you will be able to quickly access the resort of Les Menuires and the largest ski area in the world.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.

- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
