Indoors 

This pretty house of 165 m2, offers a contemporary and design decor. It boasts pleasant interiors, that are both comfortable and bright.
On the ground floor, you'll love the spacious living spaces with its lounge area opening onto the terrace and garden, its dining area and its kitchen.
This level also comprises 3 of the villa's 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom facing Est and has access to the terrace.
Stairs lead up to the 1^st floor, where the fourth bedroom (the master bedroom) is located.


Outdoors​ 

You will appreciate the pleasant covered terrace with plancha and dining area, perfect for enjoying your meals together.
The villa also features a heated swimming pool (8 × 2m - secured by an electric shutter).
Up to 3 cars can be parked in front of the property.

- Swimming pool not available between October and April.
- The fireplace in the living room cannot be used.
- Important : please note that the street passes in front of the house and that there is a small crossroads right next to the garden (not a place for guests looking for absolute peace and quiet).
