Indoors
The villa is composed of 2 living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 indoor dining rooms. It offers 4 comfortable bedrooms all with private bathrooms, and a mezzanine for 2 people. It is equipped with a fan coil system for air conditioning throughout the residence. A gym with fitness equipments is available. The house is equipped with a sonos music system and a laundry service is also available. An elevator connects the car park to the 2nd floor.
Outdoors
The outdoor spaces are welcoming. The 7 x 3 meters swimming pool (depth 1.60 meters) is located on the first floor, on the same level as the living areas of the main part of the property. This main terrace has an outdoor dining area with sea views. Another terrace with a table for outdoor dining is located on the ground floor, facing the living room of the secondary part of the property, which has a mezzanine. A private parking is available for 2 cars and a lift for people with reduced mobility.
Location
The residence is located in Piso Livadi, on the beautiful eastern part of Paros island. The nearest beach is 120 meters from the property. Pisso Livadi is a pretty traditional fishing port on the east coast of Paros, very well known and a few kilometers from the village of Marpissa and 17 km from the main port of Parikia. Some of the best fish restaurants on the island are found there, as well as superb beaches, such as the Golden beach, renowned by windsurfing enthusiasts. The region hosts the most picturesque villages of the island which offer various festivities throughout the year.
