Indoors

Tastefully decorated with elegance, the villa Atlantico is divided into 3 floors:

On the lower floor, you will find the garage and games room, with ping-pong table, gym, sauna and Turkish bath, and laundry.
The ground floor is dedicated to the main living areas of the villa, and includes a large living room with fireplace, a dining room with pool table, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a study.
The 1st floor is dedicated to the master bedroom. There is also an additional twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower and a large terrace that also overlooks the pool area and enjoys golf views too.
On the ground floor you have 2 bedrooms. In the basement level, you have a 5th bedroom, with plenty of day light shinning through from the windows.

Outdoors

Beautifully maintained, the garden of Villa Atlantico is nice and quiet, you will find the large terrace surrounding the beautiful private pool (18x8m, depth from 1m to 2m50), and the summer kitchen with barbecue ideal for summer lunches and dinners.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : Portuguese
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
