Indoors

On the ground floor, the living room is in open space with the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the games room has darts and pool table that can be converted into a tennis table thanks to two panels placed on top. An office is also on this floor.
The ground floor is equipped with a floor heating system.


Outdoor

The private swimming pool of 12 m x 5 m (1.20 m - 2 m depth) and its sunbeds place alongside will allow you to rest. 
The villa has a large fenced garden, ideal for children.
The outdoor dining area is equipped a portable charcoal barbecue.
The villa has a private parking for 2 cars.

Close to the beautiful beaches of the Portuguese coast, the villa is located in the golf resort of Aroeira, where you can find 2 golf courses, 4 tennis courts, a shopping center, bars and restaurants inside the resort. 
The villa itself is integrated in a privileged area of pine forest, ideal place to enjoy nature and long walks in an unspoiled environment, all close to spectacular beaches.
A car is recommended to visit the nearby area.
