Room 1 - Tramuntana (120m2) :
Master bedroom, lake view, terrace view, pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, 1 washbasin, bidet. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, sofa, TV, dressing room.

Room 2 - Bansky :
Room, direct access to the terrace, terrace view, pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin, bidet. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Room 3 - Manol :
Room, direct access to the terrace, terrace view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4 - Mercedes :
Room, direct access to the terrace, terrace view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin, bidet. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Room 5 - Gotham :
Room, lake view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin, bidet. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, mosquito net.

Room 6 - Garden House - Cadaqués :
Room, view of countryside. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Room 7 - Garden House - Port LLigat :
Room, view of countryside. This bedroom has 4 bunk beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Room 8 - The Cottage (apartment) :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Notes : 
- Bedroom Manol doesn’t have its own bathroom but guests (particularly those who are children or best friends of those in neighbouring rooms) are usually happy to shower in one of the rooms next door or use the extensive bathroom facilities of Tramontana and use the downstairs WC.
- The Cottage can be useful for guests with some mobility constraints as it is at ground level but it is not suitable for wheelchair access. Some guests have sometimes used the cottage for nannies and domestic staff.  


Indoors 

The house is fully renovated and the interior has been carefully designed, using a mixture of antiques and modern appliances in the most perfect setting.
The house features a home cinema with a 3 meter wide screen, comfy sofas, vintage chairs, a large selection of DVDs and connectivity to your own streaming service (including Netflix and Amazon Prime). Next to the cinema, is a bar area which overlooks a games room with pool table.
You will appreciate the main kitchen (designed to meet the standards of a professional chef) and the living room with its large open fire, its extensive selection of books (in English and Spanish), its abundance of board games and its piano (a 1920s Baby Grand).
There is also a gym which has a selection of equipment, weights and a punchbag ideal to relieve any stress.
The property also features a Bodega (or Wine Cellar), that creates an amazing environment for a wine tasting evening (by prior agreement only).
Note that there is Wi-Fi in all bedrooms, most common areas, the pool and outdoor dining area. 


Outdoors​ 

As the house is next to the river, the area is a micro climate with an abundance of flora and fauna and wildlife of many sorts. 
The extensive grounds of the property are extremely private and there is perimeter fencing encompassing the entire site of over 2 hectares.
The villa comprises an all-weather tennis court (doubles up as a 5-a-side football pitch) with flood lights so you can play at any time, day or night!
You can also enjoy an oval shaped swimming pool (11 x 8 m - relies on a salt additive system which avoids it smelling and tasting of chlorine). Next to the pool is a changing room with shower and two WCs. This also doubles as a space for massage and treatments (which need to be booked in advance of your stay).
The outdoor and fully equipped kitchen/barbecue area is where a lot of time can be spent in the Summer. It is an ideal space for enjoying great moments of sharing and conviviality.
The partially covered roof terrace provides a peaceful environment where you can relax on a sofa, read a book, do some yoga or pilates, or spot the surrounding wildlife.
You will also find a table tennis and an outdoor children's playground with slides, swings and see-saws.
If that’s not enough, garden croquet and other outdoor games await. You can also take a walk around the 2 hectare gardens, the orchard of fruit trees, the ornamental lake (with freshwater crayfish, turtles, swallows and an otter).
There is an ample parking within the property and the upper lawn served as a perfect Heli-Pad.


Staff & Services

In High Season bookings, the price includes a daily cleaning and up to 4 hours of daily service (6 days a week) which can include some help with catering and preparing breakfast and other meals, laying the tables and clearing away. Bedrooms and bathrooms and common areas are cleaned daily but sheets and towels are only changed weekly unless special arrangements are requested. Final cleaning is not included in the prices.
If you would like additional services, this can be arranged if booked in advance (e.g. : Paella cooked in barbecue area, food shopping – pre arrival and during stay, bar stocking and wine service, haircuts and styling, babysitting, breakfast, meals, at home gourmet experience, at home wine tasting event ...).


Location

Situated right next to the River Manol and surrounded by luscious countryside, the villa enjoys of an outstanding location, only 20 minutes from the coast.
Figueres is only 8 minutes by car (could organise a shuttle if required) and the road and rail connections could not be better.
Nearby, you can find Golf, polo, horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, abundance of local restaurants and vineyards.
