This charming first floor apartment in Verbier offers magnificent terraces and exceptional views, making it the perfect place to relax. Built in 2011, it is spread over a single floor and can accommodate nine people in four bedrooms. The apartment is ideally located near the slopes.

Indoors & Outdoors

The apartment is accessible by stairs or by private elevator. You enter the apartment through a spacious hall which leads to the bright open plan living and dining room, with its charming stone fireplace. The open kitchen is very well equipped and the dining table can comfortably accommodate ten people.

The views from the living room and surrounding balconies are impressive. After an intense day of skiing, relax in the outdoor jacuzzi and contemplate the surrounding peaks.

The master bedroom has an open bathroom with bath and shower. The balcony and the jacuzzi can be accessed from this room.

In the hall you will find a guest toilet.

A private laundry room and a ski locker with boot warmers are located on the ground floor.

The chalet also has two indoor parking spaces in the underground garage.

Two formulas are available for renting the chalet:

Accommodation only:
- Concierge service prior to arrival and for the duration of your stay,

Location

Conveniently located close to the Brunet bus stop, providing good bus access to all of Verbier's ski lifts.

The apartment is located in the Brunet district, offering convenient access to the ski slopes and the center of the village. You can ski down to a short walk from the property via a red slope, at the bottom of which you can enjoy lively après-ski at Le Rouge bar and restaurant.

Proximity :

- Médran: 7 minutes on foot / 3 minutes by car
- Savoleyres: 2 minutes by car
- 5 minutes walk from the Central Square.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- You and each participant to your stay must have comprehensive travel insurance
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 3 500.00 CHF
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 25 %
- 2nd payment 84 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 84 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
