Fattoria SM is not just a place for an overnight stay… it is a place to discover, to experience, to taste. The villa’s rooms are very spacious, flooded with light and entirely decorated with natural materials and elements of bioarchitecture. The house offers many inspiring, well-spaced places inside and outside to offer our guests both, the possibility to communicate and to retreat in order to evoke an authentic, serene feeling of being on vacation.

The 17th century villa of Fattoria SM is a romantic hideaway surrounded by an enchanting garden. It is located close to the town of Montepulciano, one of Tuscany’s medieval pearls and renowned for its excellent red wine.

The house comprises 4 bright and spacious double rooms with en-suite bathroom as well as a large dining room and a well equipped kitchen. It is surrounded by an enchanting garden with a natural swimming pond and is nestled with beautiful views on the medieval city of Montepulciano and the Tuscan landscape. Owner and interior designer Karin Lijftogt has designed the villa’s interior: her charming and humorous style is tangible in very corner of the property. The house is constructed with local and natural materials in an eco-friendly manner.

- Miran is located on the first floor. The suite is very spacious (40 sqm) and has a little living area with a sofa. Two windows overview the valley, one the surrounding hills.
- Breakfast with genuine, fresh and organic products is included.
- The suite has no TV

- Suite Flores is situated on the second floor. 40 sqm. The suite is very luminious thanks to its 4 windows: 2 overlook the valley, one the external stairs and one the surrounding hills.

Junior Suite Sofia:

- Sophia is our Junior Suite and with its 23 qm a little bit smaller than their suite brothers. It is situated on the first floor and has a wonderful view towards the valley.
