The house of 400 m² is divided on two floors. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a gym and a wine cellar. On the first floor you will find two master rooms, a large living room with lounge, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a beautiful terrace with a magnificent panoramic view.

The villa is located in a quiet and preserved environment, you will be able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and its deckchairs in all tranquillity. You can also enjoy a good meal or barbecue around the large dining table on the terrace.

The villa is said to be "feet in the water", as it has direct access to the sea and to a small cove with crystal clear water.

Location

Villa Vanina is in an exceptional location, with the town centre and the beach not far away. The superb beach of Canella is only 100 metres away and the port of Solenzara is only 5 minutes away from the house.

- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
