In summary

This chalet flat in La Rosière, between the Orée district and the Vieux Village, offers 106 m² of pleasant, functional living space, suitable for up to 12 people. It comprises a living room opening onto a 50 m² terrace with views of the valley and mountains. Three bedrooms, two alcoves and communal areas can accommodate families or groups. It is a short distance from the slopes and the resort centre, providing easy access to all activities and services.

Indoors 

The interior layout favours brightness, with a large, bright living room, sofas, a convivial dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area includes two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom, a dormitory with two bunk beds and a shower room, and a cabin with four bunk beds.

Communal areas include a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The accommodation is decorated in a contemporary style, dominated by wood, and equipped for comfortable mountain living.

A ski locker with boot dryer makes it easy to organise your days on the slopes.


Outdoors 

The flat has a private 50 m² terrace accessible from the living room. This outdoor space offers uninterrupted views of the valley and mountains, and is ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco, depending on the weather.


Location

The chalet flat is located in a quiet area of La Rosière, at the junction of Orée and Vieux Village. The resort offers an extensive ski area, a natural setting and authentic Savoyard mountain architecture.

- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 30 Days to arrival day : 45 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 20 Days to arrival day : 90 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 3 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
