Indoors 

The flat is a perfect blend of modern elegance and mountain tradition: wooden furniture, designer touches, large picture windows and quality finishes create a bright, friendly atmosphere. The spacious living room opens onto a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area.

At night, the layout is ideal: a family suite with en suite bathroom and children's alcove, three double bedrooms (two with en suite shower rooms), a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a children's dormitory, plus several sanitary facilities and walk-in showers. All of which guarantees privacy, comfort and practicality for all occupants.

The residence also features a secure ski room equipped with boot dryers and parking spaces available (on request).


Outdoors 

The 40 m² terrace, accessible from the living room and all the bedrooms, is the heart of the apartment: south-facing, with a breathtaking view over the valley and an outdoor Jacuzzi for total relaxation, whatever the season. This area is ideal for socialising and relaxing after skiing.


Location

Ideally located to take advantage of the vast French-Italian San Bernardo ski area and the many shops, restaurants and activities in the resort, renowned for its sunshine and friendly atmosphere.

- All guests use any hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, steam room facilities at their own risk
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Amount of security deposit : 400.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization upon arrival on check-in day

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- Cancellation occurs less than 30 Days to arrival day : 25 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 20 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 7 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
