Discover Apartment Chalet n°6, a spacious 150 m² duplex located in the Résidence L'Orée du Bois, in La Rosière. It has been designed to accommodate up to 14 people in an idyllic setting. Ideally located in a peaceful area just a few minutes from the centre and the slopes, it has a large south-facing terrace with panoramic views over the valley, six bedrooms, a large, bright lounge and a wellness area with indoor jacuzzi.

Indoors 

As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the light and warmth of the flat, located on the top floor of the residence and served by a lift. The spacious living room, with its south-facing bay window, offers uninterrupted views and invites you to gather around the electric fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing real feasts to enjoy with friends or family.

The layout of the bedrooms caters for the needs of all groups:
has two twin bedrooms and a wellness area with jacuzzi on the ground floor.
has a family suite with mezzanine (ideal for children), a double bedroom and two further twin bedrooms upstairs.

The decor harmoniously combines light wood, natural materials and contemporary touches to create a relaxing and elegant atmosphere.

The residence also features a secure ski room equipped with boot dryers and parking spaces available (on request).



Outdoors 

The large, south-facing 20 m² terrace is a major asset: it opens onto the Tarentaise valley and the peaks, and bathes the living room in light. This privileged space lets you enjoy the sunshine at any time of day, whether savouring a coffee at sunrise, sharing an aperitif at sunset or simply marvelling at the panorama.


Location

The flat is located in a peaceful setting, just a few minutes from the heart of the village and access to the ski slopes and ski lifts. The resort of La Rosière, perched at an altitude of 1850 metres on the southern slopes of the Espace San Bernardo ski area, enjoys exceptional sunshine and breathtaking views of the Alps. - All guests use any hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, steam room facilities at their own risk
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- Cancellation occurs less than 30 Days to arrival day : 25 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 20 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 7 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
