The Stallion C12 apartment, located in the Rochebrune district of Megève, offers a peaceful setting close to the resort centre. This accommodation features three double en-suite bedrooms, a living room opening onto a garden with terrace, and access to the residence's wellness area, which includes an indoor swimming pool, gym, hammam and sauna. In summer and winter alike, Megève offers a variety of events and attractions, guaranteeing a pleasant stay.

The apartment combines comfort and modern style. The living room, which is bright thanks to its large bay windows, includes a cosy lounge and a kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances. The dining area is designed for convivial moments with family or friends.

The bedrooms, equipped with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, are tastefully decorated, offering a peaceful and relaxing space.


Outdoors 

From the living room, you can access a garden with a wooden terrace. This space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the mountain landscape.

Your comfort is assured with a personalised welcome, beds made on arrival and a cleaning service at the end of your stay. Additional cleaning is available on request if required (extra charge).

The Stallion residence is ideally located in Megève, just 1,500 metres from the village centre, 1,200 metres from the ski lifts (Rochebrune) and 750 metres from the slopes (Capucine). Megève, with its authentic charm, offers sporting and cultural events all year round.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- The tenant undertakes to maintain the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. They must dispose of their rubbish and clean their dishes before leaving. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring abnormally excessive cleaning, the additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- If you cancel your booking, Villanovo shall make the property available for rent to other clients. If the property is booked to another client for the entire rental period, Villanovo shall refund to you 80% of the paid rental fee regardless of the cancellation date. If the property is rented to another client for a portion of the rental period, the refund shall be prorated accordingly..
- Special COVID-19: In the event of a travel ban taken by the authorities of the country of destination, we guarantee a full refund up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival at the villa..
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 61 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
