Situated in an isolated spot that offers perfect privacy and is only a 10 minute walk from the island's best beach, Villa Rayana is a gorgeous summer home that offers peace, relaxation and panoramic vistas. The 5 bedroom residence is built in the traditional Cycladic style - a bundle of whitewashed blocks with blue window frames, completely exposed to the landscape. The sea-facing part of the house features a generous terrace equipped with a swimming pool and a shaded lounge area. The adjacent dining area, shaded by a handcrafted pergola, is served by a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood oven.
The interior is elegant and spacious, with light-filled rooms and plenty of windows that invite the landscape in. Modern, comfortable furnishings are set against a white-and-beige palette, creating the welcoming atmosphere of a loving home. The tasteful décor is complemented by a few contemporary touches and some island-inspired objects. The bedrooms are airy and bright, decorated minimally to bring focus to the stunning views that are framed by the windows. The villa consists of a main house and two independent guest houses. The main house includes a gym with a ping-pong table.
