The motto “simple is more” takes a whole new dimension here as the house focuses on uncluttered spaces that leverage its unique location, pristine nature, and uninterrupted panoramic views.

Indoors
Two double en-suite bedrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, will embrace guests in their soothing embrace to end a day filled with summer bliss and start a new one as invigorated as possible. The living space of the villa is a large living room, an adjacent dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, opening to the main voluminous balcony. Guests may enjoy the jacuzzi available at the villa.
Outdoors
The exteriors of the villa are basically plotted in two main levels. The main one, right outside the living room, features a cozy dining area, sitting and lounging spots as well as a tall table with chairs at the rim of the veranda with views of the pool and the sea. A few steps down the exterior staircase there is a wooden deck with an infinity pool that seems to flow into the lush vegetation around it and, then, into the sea. Lounging and sitting furnishings are scattered around the pool as well as a hammock for some self-indulging moments.
