Indoors

The villa consists of a main structure divided into two wings, offering guests ample space. The first wing houses a master suite and two guest bedrooms, all with stunning sea views. There is also a large modern kitchen and a comfortable living area. Between the two wings is the formal dining room. The second wing offers the remaining bedrooms, each with its own entrance for comfort and privacy. The modern bathrooms complete the house, matching every detail with the overall design.


Outdoors

The villa has been designed to harmoniously blend indoor and outdoor spaces. The exterior offers multiple zones created with a view to providing entertaining and relaxing spaces. These include a large outdoor dining room and an open-air cinema. To the rear of the house is an air-conditioned gym, and to the front is a large private L-shaped swimming pool. The house is surrounded by a carefully landscaped garden, the beauty of which is enhanced by outdoor lighting in the evenings. 


Staff and service

The villa benefits from a six-hour daily maid service. Bath and pool towels and bed linen are changed twice a week. In addition, a dedicated chef prepares breakfast and another meal of your choice every day (groceries are not included in this offer).

The rental also includes a Premium package which includes:

- Tour of the property on arrival and assistance with check-in,
- Welcome rosé wine on arrival,

Location

Villa Kavo is ideally positioned on the southern part of Paros, mitigating the effects of the 'Meltemi' wind that usually blows from the north during the summer. In addition, the property is a short distance from the beach and restaurants of Alyki, making local attractions easily accessible to residents. Its secluded and tranquil location is also a bonus, with its large grounds guaranteeing total privacy.
