Indoors

With its modern, minimalist style, the villa is a veritable sanctuary of elegance and comfort. The interior spaces are characterised by the dominant use of white surfaces, punctuated by the dark tones of the cimetogonia used in the bathrooms, in perfect harmony with the overall design. To guarantee guests optimum comfort, each room is equipped with a private bathroom and air conditioning. What's more, all rooms have direct access to the swimming pool, allowing guests to wake up refreshed each morning.


Outdoors

The exterior design of the house strikes a perfect balance between aesthetics and conviviality. Around the private pool, the villa stretches out like a crescent moon, allowing all the spaces to blend into this oasis of tranquillity. For added privacy, the outdoor dining area and barbecue are tucked away at the rear of the property, providing a private area away from view. 


Staff & Services 

When you stay at Villa Akos, you benefit from a cleaning service three times a week, as well as a change of sheets and towels once a week. 
The rental also includes a Premium package:
- Tour of the property on arrival and assistance with check-in,

- Concierge assistance to arrange any additional à la carte services prior to arrival,

Nestled in a residential area in the east of Paros, the house is close to the island's main attractions. The main town of Parikia is just 4.5 km away. The sublime Parasporos coastline is just 500 metres away for an impromptu swim. Similarly, the shops are just 4 km away.
