Extended on 2 floors, the villa offers a chic and warm decoration.

Ground floor
Here you will find the spacious and comfortable living / dining room with television, as well as the fully equipped open kitchen and its counter, the laundry room and access to the terrace, with views of the sea.
One bedroom is also on this level.

First floor
A second living room with TV is on the first floor, giving access to a terrace with sea views.
The other two bedrooms of the villa and their bathrooms are also on this level.


Outdoors

Pleasant and well maintained, the exteriors of the villa are spacious and offer a pretty fruit garden and beautiful flowers, as well as a splendid panoramic view of the sea, a lounge / dining area, a private pool (10m x 4.5m x 1,6m) surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.
You can enjoy a good book under the sun, do some swimming or play with the children (a playground can be installed for children, upon prior request).

The villa is located in a complex, you can enjoy the Spa and Hammam (by reservation), as well as the forest park, and the restaurant (open from 07:30 to 23:00 - located in the heart of the complex, in the middle of the 5 villas). 
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 11:00 at the restaurant. You can order it at the villa (extra cost).

Compulsory insurance is payable: € 0.50 per pers. / day.

An apartment dedicated to the staff of 35 m2 can accommodate up to two people and is located right next to the villa.
It has its own bedroom with bathroom, a kitchen and a living / dining room.
Available only from May to October, on request in addition.
