Room 1
Master bedroom, 1st floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Indoors

The lower floor features a spacious open living area with the living room, the dining table (seating up to 8 people) and the fully equipped kitchen. You can access to the terrace thanks the large doors.
There is a studio room with a sofa bed that can accomodate 1 adult, with an adjacent shower room.
The first floor is dedicated for the three bedrooms.

Outdoors

You can enjoy a good barbecue on the sunbathing terrace, under the Portuguese sun.
The children can have fun in the beautiful, spacious and well maintened garden of the property. The adults can get a tan around the swimming pool of an irregular shape.

Activities

Numerous activies are available right next to Villa Dinis : golf, cycling, hiking/walking, fishing, bird watching, wine and food tasting in private farms, beach, watersports, city center, tennis, horse riding, easy reach of Roman Village.

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Portuguese
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 450.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

La vue exceptionnelle !

Le danger , maison non adaptée aux enfants ,
Terrasses sans protection, piscine avec rebord dans le vide ( plus de 2 mètres) chambre fenêtre sans protection.
Tout est fait pour garder la vue, pour les adultes pas de problème, pour les parents avec enfants en bas âge, très dangereux.
