Situated 1 hour from Marrakech, the town of Amizmiz stands on the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. Various hiking trails await you there. The roads that lead to this place are crossed by different breathtaking scenes, and those that leave at the foot of the Erdouz djebel are magnificent. Villanovo's concierge service can organise a number of walks for all ages with trusted local guides.
Between Marrakech and Amizmiz is Lake Lalla Takerkoust which is one of two lakes near Marrakech and promises a total change of scenery. Many activities can be organised by our concierge service, you can go quad biking, buggy riding, horse riding or electric bike riding.
Villanovo has selected a few restaurants around the lake, notably the Kasbah Beldi, a bucolic and very authentic place to enjoy a chic picnic under a hundred-year-old pistachio tree.

Imlil is the gateway to the Toubkal National Park and the starting point for numerous hikes to climb Mount Toubkal. In a green setting of 38,000 hectares, 70 kilometres south of Marrakech, you will walk through a diversified fauna and flora. You will have the opportunity to admire nearly a hundred animal species including the golden eagle and the Atlas viper.
Agricultural land and mountainous area, the landscapes that cross the site are varied. As you travel along the valley's paths, you will discover an authentic way of life as you pass through Berber villages, crops and pastures. The backdrop of Jbel Toubkal, the largest mountain in North Africa, will accompany you throughout your adventure.
