Positano

Positano is one of the most famous on this list. It's a coastal village situated on the coast of the Campania region, only 40 km from Naples, and it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Nestled on high cliffs, where the houses are amazingly perched, Positano is nicknamed the “stair village” and is renowned for its very steep stairs and narrow streets.  Its location and vertical constructions are what make the village one of the most beautiful of Campani and one of the most important towns on the Amalfi Coast.

Camogli

Camogli is a small fisherman village of 5,000 inhabitants, located in the province of Genoa, and famous for its colourful houses.
This beautiful town close to the sea is a romantic spot nestled in a magnificent natural enclave and a tourist's favourite to relax in the Italian style of "Dolce Far Niente", eat delicious food and visit historical landmarks. Among its unmissable attractions, one must visit its beautiful churches, starting from the 12th-century Basilica Menor de Santa Maria Asunta, to the 16th-century Sanctuary of Our Lady Boschetto.

Ravello

Ravello

Ravello has been an inspiration for various famous artists, Andre Gide once wrote: "It's closer to the sky than the sea". Perched above the Bay of Salerno, this village is located 365 metres above sea level, and is one of the few coastal towns without a beach. It's a quiet and peaceful town where you can easily lose track of time. What's more, Ravello is famous for its magnificent gardens and jaw-dropping landscapes-- hailed as one of the most beautiful natural sites on the entire Amalfi Coast.

Cefalú

It comes as no surprise that Cefalu is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as it's stunningly beautiful-- and arguably one of the most enchanting seaside villages in Sicily. The picturesque scenery of its fishing port, along with the peaceful Tyrrhenian Sea, its long stretches of golden sand reaching the bays of Aranciotto and Settefrati, and its seven towering cliffs will make a lasting impression on its visitors. What's most intriguing about these seven towering cliffs is the legend that lays behind them: they represent the petrified bodies of seven brothers who tried to rescue a beautiful woman to no avail.
