Villa Beryl is a medium size bungalow (130 square metres) ideal for one or two couples or for a family with two children. The living room and bedrooms open onto the terrace, swimming pool and garden facing the sea.


Bedrooms

Room 1 - 18m2 :
Room, At apartment level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 2 - 18m2 :
Room, At apartment level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom.


Indoors

The living room (40sqm) features armchairs, sofas, chairs and a lunch table for six persons, plus 27” flat screen LCD TV, DVD, and satellite English and French channels are available plus landline telephone and WiFi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all necessary utensils plus a barbecue for six. 
The laundry is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer plus all necessary equipment. All linen and towels are supplied and maintained. One hair dryer is available in each bathroom.


Outdoors

Outdoor wooden furniture and sunshades are available on the terrace. Two large sunshades are available on the beach together with six deck chairs.
You can enjoy the private pool of the villa (salt)


Staff & Services

The maid works from Monday to Saturday and does not work on Sundays and Public Holidays. However, in case of Sunday and Public Holiday following each other,she will work one of the two days after agreeing with the guests and/or owner.
She arrives in the morning at a time that suits the guests, however not later than 10 am. She speaks English and French. She will be present if you arrive or leave on Sunday or Public Holiday.
For bookings of more than 7 nights, She sets the table for breakfast, cleans the house and clothes. After completing her normal duties she can also cook a meal for a tip but depending on the house duties. She can also baby sit as a supplement.

Villa Beryl and her sister Villa Opale are ideally located and equipped for those wishing to spend a holiday in Mauritius with their family and/or friends in a modern beach villa while having easy and quick access to all required facilities.The beach and all water sports, as well as a fresh fish supply, are available in front of the villa in a place protected from the trade winds. Yet, from your holiday villa, small and large shopping centres, restaurants, spas, ATMs, Post Office, banks etc... are available within minutes saving you precious beach time.
