Very attractive villa with 4 double bedrooms and a large children's room overlooking the Mogador golf course in Essaouira, swimming pool, beautiful views.

The Home

In summary

This charming, carefully decorated villa on the Mogador golf course offers perfect comfort for a holiday stay in Essaouira, a few minutes by car from the city center. It has a view of the small golf lake and the golf course. It is located 3 minutes walk from the golf academy.


Indoors

Inside, a dining room (8 place settings), TV lounge (flat screen, CD player and high fidelity system) and second large living room opening onto the terrace. Villa Lucia offers 3 double bedrooms, all with excellent bedding (down mattress, duvet) 160 cm wide, armchair, bathroom for each bedroom with shower and for the master bedroom shower + bath. The house also offers a children's room with bunk beds and a play area. This room offers 6 beds and a bathroom with 2 sinks and walk-in shower. Available, cot, high chair, and stroller. Adjoining the children's bedroom is another double bedroom with 2 twin beds (convertible into a double bed). This bedroom shares the bathroom with the children's bedroom. Welcome products are available in the bathrooms. Fitted kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, kitchen aid.


Outdoors

Sun loungers around the pool and terrace, as well as rattan eggs allow you to read quietly. A rattan lounge (6 seats) is installed on the other terrace which allows you to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. The villa has a heated swimming pool (incurring an additional cost) with cover. Another south-facing terrace (sheltered from the wind) with a large table can accommodate 12 people and a plancha with furniture is at your disposal to prepare grills.


Staff & Services

The house staff looks after the house (ingredients at extra cost). Please note that she works until 5pm. If you would like her to work until after dinner, a supplement will be payable (to be paid on site directly to her).

The villa is located in the Mogador Golf Club in Essaouira.

Rental conditions

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- The house chef/cook will handle meal preparation. A daily service fee will be charged to your final bill.

- Amount of security deposit : 1 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

It suited our family well.

Overall Villanovo was a good experience
That the water , despite several attempts to rectify was never hot enough for everyone to have a shower.
The pool wasn’t warm enough to swim in until Thursday.
Which was very disappointing.
These need to be looked at .

Tolle Lage, Objekt war bekannt und hat Erwartungen voll erfüllt.
Diskussiion a mEnde wegen Verpflegung. Hier sollte nochmals klar gestellt werden, wann 10 € für eine Mahlzeit und 20 € für 2 Mahlzeiten zu zahlen sind.
Verlangt wurden 20 €, obwohl die MAhlzeiten nur vorbereitet wurden und die Verantwortliche dann regelmäßig um 17 Uhr gegangen ist. Dies sollte aber normalerweise mit einer PAuscahle von 10 € ausgeglichen werden

Maison idéalement située.
Superbe décoration et espaces de vie très agréables.
La maison est très propre et parfaitement équipée.

Concernant Villanovo tout est très bien mais je recommande d’être plus précis sur les descriptifs des villas
Par exemple, un lit bébé est différent d’un lit parapluie!
Cela n’a finalement pas posé de problème mais j’aurais aimé savoir qu’il s’agissait d’un lit d’appoint et non d’un vrai lit pour bébé.

There was absolutely no information about how to use the cook service as the maid didn't give us any information. There was no information about what was included with the villa. No information about the hotel. No information about the town.

Situation idéale et très calme au bord d'un lac avec le chant des grenouilles. Chambres très spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de gout, literie excellente et très belles salles de bain. Chaque chambre avec sa petite terrasse et jardin privatif sauf chambre enfants. Cuisine hyper équipée et très jolie vaisselle. Salons et salle à manger spacieux et très bien décorés. Terrasses très bien aménagées avec de nombreux coins intimes avec jolie vue sur le jardin et sur le lac. Wifi et instalation TV et musique fonctionnant parfaitement.

J'ai été très bien conseillée par villanovo pour le choix de la maison qui répondait totalement a mes exigences.
Un petit manque d'eau chaude mais séjour en fevrier et il faisait assez froid et des périodes pluvieuses.
