Indoors & outdoors

The house consists of 7 air conditioned bedrooms for up to 14 guests. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom and television. The villa features also a large dining room with fireplace, a large living room with fireplace and two relaxation areas facing the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The outdoor area includes a beautiful swimming pool with a pool-house, jacuzzi, beds, deckchairs, and two lounge areas, as well as a beautiful traditional Hammam.

Meals and breakfasts can be served in the main living room next to a cozy fireplace or in the patio where the water from the central fountain will charm you or on the terrace.

A tennis court is available as well as a petanque area.

Staff & services

We offer a cleaning service, preparation of breakfast, and meal supplement, with a tasty cuisine that draws from the culinary traditions of the region. Our cook will be happy to prepare excellent dishes that will surely delight your taste.
On request and with participation, the pool can be heated.

It is located 20 minutes from Essaouira, the city of trade winds.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Outside guests, escorts, prostitution prohibited in the villa
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house

- Amount of security deposit : 600.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : In cash at the time of check-in

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 35 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR

Très jolie maison, non loin d'Essaouira (20 minutes). Personnel au petit soin.
Concernant Villanovo nous apprécion la belle sélection de maisons et un bon suivi proactif.

La proximité de la route, les odeurs de canalisation dans certaines des chambres.

Lieu incroyable et magnifique.
Le premier contact avec Riad, suivi par Mathilde a été parfait (tous nos besoins Le contact avec Riad et suivi par Mathilde a été parfait (tous nos besoins ont été pris en compte à 100%) jusqu’au lien avec Fati du Riad qui a été présente au quotidien et bienveillante tout au long de notre séjour
Nous avons pu vraiment profiter d’un service à la carte.

The spaces, the friendly staff, the overall Villa, pool and yoga space

Communication was sometimes difficult, timing for the children's meals (early) was usually much later etc

La maison est magnifique et offre de magnifiques volumes. Tous les éléments sont réunis pour que chacun y trouve son compte.... Espace repos, sport, piscine,....
Le personnel est impeccable.
Nous étions 17 ( 8 adultes et 9 enfants) Nous sommes tous très enchantés par notre séjour au Riad Dharma.

Excellent suivi du dossier par Villanovo et très réactif.

Les matelas sont un peu durs mais c'est un détail.
