Room, 1st floor, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also private balcony.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also fireplace, dressing room, private terrace.
Bedroom 3 has an internal staircase giving access to a large mezzanine also air conditioned with 1 double bed and 3 beds 


Indoors

The house is composed of 5 rooms. There is a large living room with fireplace, a dining room and a library on 2 levels as well as a large covered terrace overlooking the garden.
The indoors are luminous, elegant, comfortable and refined.


Outdoors

The pool and the pool house some 20 meters away from the house. Pool dimensions: 15 x 4.5m including two shallow water areas. Maximum depth of the pool: 1.40m. Sun loungers line the pool deck.
There is also a adjacent kitchen equipped with a terrace so you can have a meal in the shade of a centenary olive tree. There are plenty of outdoor areas where you can enjoy meals by the pool and in the garden.


Service and staff

The staff available from 8am to 10pm during the stay is composed of a butler, a cook, a maid and a gardener day and night.


Location

Dar Toozween is 20 minutes from Jamaa el Fna square and the airport and very close to Al Maaden, Royal and Amelkis goff courses.


Notes

The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in bedrooms and the kitchen, and two ceiling fans and a fireplace-insert in the living / dining room.
Bath products (shampoos, soaps, shower gels ...) are those of the Botanika brand, respectful of your health and the environment.
The property has an animal enclosure (donkey, guinea fowl, hens and rabbits).
A Bedouin tent, planted 3 by 6 metres in the central palm grove, and a large vegetable garden.
