The owner have built this villa for his own use for several months each year, and has ensured that the house has the highest safety standards and discrete but comprehensive security for those who want it.
The interiors use a unique blend of modern and traditional, Moroccan and European style to dramatic effect.
Five self contained bedroom suites are served by a large open plan living room, dining room, study, TV room and hamam.
The living room has floor to ceiling windows that slide away to produce a seemless flow from the house to the garden.
All rooms have patios or a roof terrace and overlook the magnificent gardens.
Outdoors
The 3 hectares of landscaped gardens contain 120 olive trees and a huge selection of other fruit trees a herb garden, lots of roses and a variety of shrubs. There is a tennis court, heated swimming pool and a croquet lawn. There is also an outside dining table covered by a pergola and ample parking.
Staff & Services
The staff of House Manager, Housekeeper, Cook, Night Guardien and Gardeners are all there to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. They have access to excellent guides, chauffeured car services and spa personnel. The manager can advise on and book restaurants of every style and quality.
A cook is available and can prepare Moroccan dishes for lunch and dinner as requested but 24 hours notice is required in order to purchase fresh ingredients.
The prices include : daily cleaning, bed linen change mid-week, services of cook for lunch and dinner 5 days a week, on-site house manager/concierge, 1 airport pick-up.
